Located in the heart of the Corn Belt in Ottawa, IL, with access to our Seneca, IL river terminal, we have a state-of-the-art 50,625 square foot facility sitting on 3.87 acres that continues to get updated with automated solutions to support our strategy of unmatched cleanliness and flexibility to meet customer needs in a timely manner. Through personalized business consulting with our Certified Turf Specialists (CTS), we have the ability to tailor a custom blend or other bagging solution to fit your exact needs.

Shipping Flexibility

Product can be stocked at our Stevenson Warehouse or shipped Full Truckload or LTL via direct customer shipment at your convenience. Throughout all aspects of shipment and handling, we have a dedicated focus on cleanliness and reliability.

River Access

Take advantage of economic benefits through our Seneca, IL barge terminal ownership which offers firsthand control over cleanliness and handling of materials.

Chain of Custody

At our Ottawa, IL facility, we conduct individual in-bound load inspections and will retain a load sample. Containers, trucks, and handling equipment are thoroughly cleaned from one shipment to the next.

Quality Solutions

Our automated system boasts efficient bagging speeds of up to over 20 bags per minute, and we specialize our custom solutions by utilizing high-quality bag film and only new pallets, a premium pallet pad and wrapping with a top sheet. We also include bag labels and tags to help with inventory management.

Toll Manufacturing

Additionally, you can bring us your product and we will bag it for you. We can personalize our bags with your logo or we can work with you to create artwork for the bagged product.

We have the capabilities of unloading inbound product, with the ability to handle one load or hundreds of loads affordably and efficiently.

Expect turnaround times to typically be 7 days from receipt of PO or sooner.

We also have trucking solutions available with access to over 500 trucks per day through GROWMARK, Inc.

Custom Blends

Our team can assist with conducting a business strategy session around your proposed blend to help you create a point of differentiation in the marketplace.

With custom blends, pricing is calculated by ton based on the blend.

You may provide your artwork for your blends or we can create art for you.
